After 5 straight par 3 holes, hole 8 is the course's third of six par 4s. Off the tee take the wide hyzer route right to left or throw a flick straight down the narrow middle gap. A successful flick should result in a better chance to make the right hand turn up the path and be closer to the basket for your approach shot. If you miss the landing zone by much you'll find it really hard to make birdie as the approach shot plays uphill and has thick woods down both sides.

You can't see the basket from the tee since the woods on the right are especially dense. Throw a flick or a turnover, just be sure to reach the corner.

Long and straight with deep woods on both sides. There's a forehand and a backhand gap to the basket but miss the fairway and you'll be lucky to save a 4.

An open fairway to a well guarded pin on top of a mound. 5 is maybe the most aceable hole on the course, especially for flick throwers since the left side is more open than the front.

Straight for about 200' down a split fairway then hang a right toward the basket.

Downhill right to left shot. The right side is safer than the left but not by much. Keep it in the middle.

Send your tee shot through a fairly wide tunnel, across a small field, and either cut the corner over a fence-lined OB garden area or you can stay to the right of the garden to be safe. After your tee shot hang a left for your approach shot up a tightly wooded hill.

The tee shot throws down a tightly wooded fairway to a hillside 200' away which goes up about 10' in elevation to a pond. Put your drive as far up the hill as you dare. From halfway up the hill you've got about 185' across the pond to 1's pin.
