It's... fine drive by

Pros:

Tee placement is excellent

Cons:

-Very short/tight -not well maintained

Other Thoughts:

Very fast course, I only played the front nine. Grass and weeds were a little over ankle high. There were 8-10 homeless people sleeping, which didn't bother me, but might bother others.
