Pros:
I like this course for three reasons:
1. It is close to Lund University, and thus can be played over lunch or right after class.
2. The pin placement is good. There is good use of trees on the course creating a few challenging fairways. But for the most part tons of "airspace" to work with on drives.
3. Practice: Opportunities for forehand and backhand drives.
Cons:
Several:
Ambiance: It's a tight course. Lots of people out in the park recreating. Rather clueless of the course, which you can't fault them for but still annoying.
The park is busy (not with other disc golfers though) during the week. Preschool, offices and the highschool all share the premises of the course and there parked cars and people are around. Plus there are holes that play close to the highway.
It's a bit uninspiring. A completely functional course but there's nothing special about it.
The tees are all grass/mud.
Other Thoughts:
Organization of the course obviously occurred over several stages. Holes 1-5 must have been first. Followed by 6-9 later. A personal suggestion is to play 6-9 first, then 1-5. It flows much better.
Across the freeway, there are more baskets set up. I have not investigated further.
