Pros:
Fun lines to hit
Good signage
Fresh Baskets - It's a relatively new course that features nice baskets.

Cons:
This course gets really wet and stays wet. If it has been raining, be ready to pull an audible and go to Coastal.
Flies can be really bad in the Summer.
Walking trails have other people walking in the area. Be careful not to throw when bystanders are present.
