Please suggest a USA destination for two Californians to go on three/four day trip to explore disc courses.
Last summer we flew to Minneapolis (thanks for the suggestion last year) and we throughly enjoyed throwing plastic into ponds.
Trying to avoid extreme heat and humidity. Proximity to...
just booked Twin Cities.
Everyone has their favorite courses but what would you suggest we play on Sat/Sunday that is fun but not going to be awfully crowded? The courses here in SoCal are packed. We would not mind avoiding that.
We are able to Fly to location. It would be great to play a few courses. I heard good things about MN, but not sure about weather and bugs.
Trees and greenery sound perfect. The local courses here are mostly dry and somewhat open.
Planning a DG trip with son (advanced player). Any suggestions of area to visit for excellent DG and decent weather this time of year. We are from SoCal and want to visit somewhere different. Thanks !

Have at least one supporting point that is in contact with the lie; and,
Have no supporting point closer to the target than the rear edge of...

July Chapoeg
Safe and clean park with well marked signage and concrete t pads. Excellent baskets. Wide variety of shots. Hard to lose a disc on most holes, but beware of thick berry bushes along a few fairways. Magnificent trees. I imagine the course plays much different in non-summer...

Bonneville
Well designed layout for space given. Low ceiling technical play and a few tight doglegs. Course is well maintained by park. Friendly fellow disc golfers.
Not much use for a driver as holes are pretty short. Easy to lose a disc on a few of the holes with tight dense...
