    Backhand form work

Hi. I've been working on timing my front foot hitting the ground before initating my throw lately. How does it look? Also, anything else that sticks out in my form that I should take a closer look at? Video:

What to work on? - RHBH ~300 feet

Here is a more recent video of me throwing. I tried mimicking some of Philo's technique because I thought it might make it easier to feel the weight of my body's momentum moving forward, potentially making it easier to control when I hit peak reachback and making it easier to get into a position...

What to work on? - RHBH ~300 feet

Video: https://youtu.be/L1uZs4B8r1U I tried doing a more relaxed arm while trying the one leg drill. I also tried being a bit more bent at the hips. Does it look like I´m doing it somewhat correct? I don´t immediately feel like I´m learning much from it, but I might just need to keep doing it...

What to work on? - RHBH ~300 feet

Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tx-aXoH5dxw Hi! Over the last two years I've gotten better because of increased consistency, better angle-control, better putting, and a better forehand, but I feel like my backhand distance has stagnated. My consistent max distance is about 300-320 feet...

    Ugh...it's awful, but it's me...

I would work on footwork if I were you. It seems like you're turning too far backwards with your step (starting with the 2nd one) and similar with the x-step. It's neither a powerful nor accurate position to get into. I think the youtube channel overthrow explains proper footwork excellently: -...

    beginner to intermediate form review

I think your main problem lays in the second step of the walk-up. By taking a too long step and essentially walking backwards you are losing a lot of power and coordination. I think fixing this should be your first priority. Explained excellently in this video...

    RHBH - next form step?

Side and back view: https://youtu.be/jx2_WbEUiY8 As the title suggests I want to know what I should focus on in my technique next. My two main goals would probably be consistency and more length. My consistent max drive length is probably about 340-370 feet. While I have been trying to...

    Breaking a weird bad habit

Hi. As shown in the pictures, I think I have a pretty good power pocket, but it seems that the angle of the disc upon extension is significantly nose up. It happens very fast in the throw, resulting in both nose-up and flutter, how can I fix it? Also, I'd like some help with what I should...

    Form help (RHBH)

My own analysis I've tried doing some analysis of my own, and I'd appreciate responses to this, wheter I'm missing or misunderstanding something. :) I think there are essentially two points I should focus on, and that I will test out the next few days: 1. Be concious of keeping the angle of...

    Form help (RHBH)

VIDEO: https://youtu.be/h44otUSBudU Hey, I'm looking for some help improving my technique, especially the angle of the disc in the power pocket. I notice very clearly that from the moment my disc reaches back and goes toward my chest it curves a lot - resulting in a lot of flutter. Any advice...
