Hey, I'm looking for some help improving my technique, especially the angle of the disc in the power pocket. I notice very clearly that from the moment my disc reaches back and goes toward my chest it curves a lot - resulting in a lot of flutter.

Any advice on how to improve this? It would be nice with as concrete advice as possible!
(Other technique suggestions also appreciated)

My own analysis

I've tried doing some analysis of my own, and I'd appreciate responses to this, wheter I'm missing or misunderstanding something. :)

I think there are essentially two points I should focus on, and that I will test out the next few days:

1. Be concious of keeping the angle of the power pocket at 90 degrees. I think I'm closing the angle during my throw, leading my disc to be closer to my chest than optimal. This probably leads to me having to put an angle on the disc to not crash into my own chest. Leading to flutter by trying to correct this angle in the last part of the throw. Kind of like Ezra is talking about here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQIzQcY05nE
- I need to be more concious about leading with this angle.

2. I notice also that I seem to be reaching back quite high. The consequence of this seems to be that I'm pulling down into the power pocket - leading to more angle (and flutter) and potentially nose up of the disc.
- I need to reach back lower (and keep the disc stable at the same angle during my reachback)

Looks like you are trying to rotate too early/quick, shifting from in front of you. That causes your power pocket/arm to collapse and hug against your spinning chest, 90 degrees is like a bare minimum, most top pros are closer to 120.

Drew Gibson arm angles without parallax. It's not 90 degrees or left pec.

That is some pretty dramatic OAT. You go from what looks like 30 degrees nose up to nose down in one wrenching motion at the hit. Looks like you are using a really wide rail, maybe tone that down a bit until you can throw without the torque. The wide rail is designed to introduce an extreme force as the disc is redirected, but if you are coming out of the wide rail misaligned the torque will wreak havoc.
