Hey Man,
I read your post on the "Weight Lifting & Disc Golf" thread and wanted to message you.
You're starting off way too hard and you don't want to hurt yourself. The best way to derail someone who just started working out is to have them pull a muscle or get injured just a few days into it.
Personally, I'm not a big gym guy. I workout every day and am in very good shape but I don't like to go to the gym. At home I have a treadmill which I use a couple times a week and I do a variety of exercise videos.
My recommendation to you, if you're serious, is look into P90X3. These videos are sold online or can be otherwise acquired through downloads and such. These videos are just 30 minutes each day, with a 3-4 minute cooldown and so they're easy to get into and find the time to do consistently. They also provide a very wide variety of exercise inclusive of muscle building, cardio, and flexibility.
Best of luck to you,
Jeff
