Seaside has built a new high school up in the hills somewhere. It hasn't opened yet due to the pandemic. The property that the old school sits has a for sale sign on it. So, it's a very likely possibility that the old course here might be moved or lost.
The old high school and disc golf course sit right on highway 101. You can't miss them. The Dynamic Disc Veteran's basket which are painted red & blue (Seaside HS school colors?) are placed around the track and football field with a couple sitting out north on two outlying fields. I read somewhere that the course starts behind the wrestling building (WWF?). There are no signs of any kind. I did find a rubber mat near the south end zone but it didn't seem to be aiming toward any basket.
Sans pads and signs, the only future I see for this course is in Safari mode.

I will only hope that these baskets and the course will be moved up to the new high school on the hill. Until that happens, this might be your last chance to bag one of the truly below average, uninspiring, school disc golf courses for many miles around. In nice weather, the drive up or down 101 is beautiful. Come see the coast. There are some nice golfing options as well as seals frolicking in the waves.
