Pros: -- Excellent use of land. Several ponds are in play and offer great risk/reward. Elevation comes into play on about half of the holes. Trees are well used, with basket placements that reward accuracy. An OB fence also comes into play a couple of times.
-- The best holes are 8, 11 and 14. No. 8 is a 500-plus downhill throw to a basket that is on a peninsula surrounded by water on three sides. Depending on the water level, the basket might be less than 20 feet from the water. Great risk/reward. No. 11 is a 271-foot hole with a fence line very close to the left edge of the fairway for about 240 feet. The fence line then turns left about 60 degrees with the basket on top of a hill with trees and a drop-off to a pond about 8-10 feet behind the basket. No. 14 is an ace run if you can throw 225 feet laser straight. The first 190-200 feet are open, but the basket sits in the back of a stand of trees with a narrow opening. Miss your line just a little bit, and you might struggle to make par.
-- Restrooms on site (in pavilion near No. 1 tee).
-- Water is available, both in the restroom and from a couple of faucets on the course.
-- Excellent playground near park entrance, so that you can make it a family outing.
-- Good variety of hole distances. Five holes are shorter than 250 feet and four are longer than 350 feet. One hole is longer than 500 feet.
-- Picnic tables are scattered throughout the course (Nos. 2, 9/10, 14 and 17). No. 2 is especially nice with multiple tables in the shade of the trees.
-- Orange band on top of baskets helps visibility.
Cons: -- Natural tee pads. Most are in decent shape, but a few are pitted. Given the setting, natural tee pads are probably done for aesthetic reasons.
-- Alligators. That is multiple, according to locals. A larger (15-foot?) one has been seen as well as several smaller ones. The water near hole 8 appears to be their home.
-- Second set of tees listed on signs don't really exist.
Other Thoughts: -- Map on this site is from the original 17-hole layout. The only change appears to be a hole added between what the map shows as 8 and 9. So 9 on the map is 10, 10 is 11, etc.
-- Baskets are numbered, but not in a way you can see from the tee.
-- The park is isolated. Once you get away from the parking lot, you feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere most of the time. There is a walking path that you have to cross, but you do not throw over (or even near) it. Given the other scenery (a totem pole and a windmill), this is a beautiful place to walk/hike.
-- The final four holes are on the opposite side of the parking lot from holes 1-14, but the walk is not too bad. Plus, it gives you a chance to grab water if you have misjudged how much you need.
-- No. 18 tee is easy to miss. It is tucked into the trees on the right as you go downhill from No. 17 basket.

Nice nature area

Pros: I found the area this is in to be very fun. Its natural and lots of hills and trees and great view from #1. The signs are great and easy to follow. Some holes have trees some have distance so pretty nice variety.
Cons: No pads but with it being a nature area i actually think this is a good move. Makes it look very good.
Other Thoughts: If you are in the area this is 100% worth the stop.

Nature Preserve

Pros: Elevation and water come into play often, mostly shorter holes with couple bombers
Cons: No tee pads, alligators in pond on 8, moderately hilly and long walk between a couple of holes
Other Thoughts: Beauty of a course overall, can get muddy occasionally
