I doubt DGPT has ever turned a profit. I've always assumed the game plan was to build it into a viable endevor and then sell off to a bigger media company.
In any event, i thiink they are putting out a good quality product at this point, and i have no issue paying my $13 a month for it. There...
The worst was Calloway's dead center putt from about 15'. The one's I saw from Buhr were either really fast and high chains or off center. Would be nice to have them catch, but no travesty of justice. Buhr needs to tone down his outrage-not a good look for his "brand", lol.
I've been playing...
With the calm conditions the later round guys had, I'm surprised we didn't see some -15 type rounds.
The hard charging spin putters may want to reevaluate their strategy on some of these greens.
Many (most) players take forever setting up for their scramble shots. It kills the pace of play. I also like the use of drop zones. Picking up the pace of play should be encouraged as much as possible-makes the game more fun to play and watch.
Mine is a grayish color. A hyzer into the tall grass needs to be avoided, or it slips into another universe. They weren't kidding about it being a wind fighter...it don't care about no stinking wind. Not a disc I'll carry a lot, but it will have it's uses.

I watched most of the doubles and some of the singles. The doubles worked out pretty well, given the dismal weather conditions. The singles...not so good. They may want to start thinking of something else for next year, because that was just a confused mess. Also, I thought the quality of...
As someone who likes to watch the best disc golf, and can't stand the Koling/Ulibarri commentary, I've been willing to pay for the DGPT coverage for several years now, and am satisfied with the entertainment value it delivers. Have watched since the beginning, and it has shown steady improvement.
Checked out the DGPT schedule for the first time since last year, and see that the LVC is no longer in the mix.
This is from the press release on their website...
"We are incredibly disheartened to learn that the Las Vegas Challenge (LVC) presented by Innova will
no longer be an Elite PDGA...
Who do you think they were referring to?
Format turned out to be every bit as bad as I thought it would be. If they are not inclined to go back to the old format, maybe just a conventional four round tournament for the championship would be better.
Back when the DGPT was trying to get off...
