It’s already been mentioned, but I like a trail running shoe. Personally, I like minimal ones that allow the foot to flex and adjust to terrain. I don’t think more stability is needed. I’ve been tempted to try a soccer turf or indoor cleat, but haven’t tried.
The shortest hole I think I’ve played was 136’ at St. Lucie Village Heritage Park (https://www.dgcoursereview.com/mobile/course.php?id=884&mode=hi). It’s a fun quick 9 hole course with an average length just less than 200’ per hole.
I’m interested in the lace and unlace. I have an unthrown orange with light blue rim 174 proxy neutron soft and a lightly thrown with rim ink 167 pink with green rim (watermelon-esque) Inspire Proton available.
I ordered a Titan basket Black Friday 2016. The basket deal was supposed to come with 10 putters, which failed to ship. When I contacted Gateway, they apologized, and said they would throw in some extra discs to make up for the delay. Well, a considerable amount of time goes by, and no package...

I find eraser to be “rubberier” than the traditional sure grip blends. I’ve felt them SS-SSS flexibility. I really want to find some super stiff Magics with a rubbery grip.
Another topic could be using a consistent mold/ plastic with variables of release. Hyzer/level/Anhyzer. Nose-up/nose-level/nose-down (for putting). Backhand vs forehand torque. Crosswind results with anhyzer/hyzer.
Whoa, very cool project. There are so many variables in this sport, and much of it comes down to subjectivity. It’s great to have some scientific experiments shared in a public forum.
I think an interesting topic to study could be the aerodynamics of different plastic (soft vs stiff) blends...
My go to putter is the Gateway Magic, which is basically a beadless understable Wiz. I happen to love gateway sure grip plastics for their feel. Yes, it’s true, their naming system is silly and it’s sometimes hard to find the exact disc—but, they are half the price of other brands, and have a...
