How do you rehab your baskets?

The STLouis DGC is getting ready to rehab our 18-Hole Jefferson Barracks baskets. They are 20 year old Mach IIIs, and are in good to slightly shabby condition, depending on the hole. My question - What is the best approach to return the baskets to like new condition? We have a qualified metal guy ready to go. I was just wondering if anyone had some input before we got the ball rolling...
