Pros:

like course layout is fun course from beginner to experienced every hole is par 3 and can get a possible birdie on every hole can be a nice course for a pdga event

Cons:

grass tee pads no signage just pitching rubbers to mark teepad if get teepads will be a super course

Other Thoughts:

everybody should play at least once is a type of course that's fun and will build your confidence
