Top Course In Every State Heading Into 2020

Thanks and absolutely. The plan as it stands now would be to move back to Michigan proly in a few months. The situation is still pretty fluid right now. I want to be in Hillsdale and I look forward to throwing with old friends and making new ones and traveling the midwest proper bagging all the courses that I can. We are pretty much retired now and the kids are grown!

^ Makes his career in FL... retires in Michigan. You sir, are a different kind of cat!

Not quite. Career in Michigan, tried retirement in Florida, moving back to Michigan (I'm not even the first, three of my friends have already moved down and moved back up again. Don't bother moving down here, stay up there and be ahead of the curve lol)

It's a long story. I'll explain it all to you in a round sometime lol

I believe only three of the courses on the list have been used in NT, Open Major or DGPT events: Idlewild, Smugglers and Iron Hill. I wonder if our reviewers would rate some of the temp courses used close to the level of these three courses besides USDGC layout which might be the top rated course in SC if it were permanent?

HH was used in USWDGC this year.

Am Worlds (Major, but not Open Major) used Muddy Run as one of the 2019 courses.

Selah has been used for a "Major" I think (Texas State... I mean Am World Doubles). Was Snowbowl one of the Worlds courses in Flagstaff?

Possibly the same Snowbowl layout used in Am Worlds there. The Pro Worlds layout two years earlier was 500 feet higher elevation and just temporary.

I live in Wisconsin and have 5-7 I'd put above Rollin Ridge. Also I love Rollin Ridge. Wisconsin is pretty alright.

I have bagged 9. Some live up to the hype, others left me somewhat dissatisfied.

Alabama: The Admiral (4.32)
Alaska: Kincaid Park (4.31)
Florida: Picnic Island DGC (4.36)
Georgia: Hobbs Farm Park (4.66)
Louisiana: Lake Claiborne SP- Whitetail (4.59)
Mississippi: Ross Barnett Reservoir - The Rez (4.10)
Montana: Blue Mountain (4.12)
Tennessee: Harmon Hills (4.73)
Texas: Selah Ranch - Lakeside (4.85)

Picnic will prob fall out of the top spot before too long. I have it in my top ten FL for location but it's not my favorite thrower.

I agree with this sentiment. Picnic likely receives such lofty ratings due to the scenery, which admittedly is pretty boss, and its proximity to a large population. I could easily pick a half dozen Florida courses I prefer over Picnic, though

The original 18 at Seneca Creek was used in the first NT series in 2003.

Gold, Blueberry, Granite, Bear at Highbridge. Big brother Justin trails, Wilderness, Sandy point. Not sure I'd rate them all higher. Rollin Ridge is #1 in disc golf experience

I completely agree with the first four although I'm a bit prejudiced.:D Once upon a time Highbridge Hills had several courses on the top 10 list nationwide and we will get there again.

I've played a total of one of these courses.

I met a group of 4 life long friends from Ct that had all moved to Fla, after 3 years they all moved back. They hated not having the four seasons was a main reason given.
