Okay so a friend of mine uncovered an incredibly old disc in his house this week and we have done some deducing, but could use some assistance. We have determined that it's undoubtedly an old aviar. The patent number helped there, as well as comparing it to a new star aviar I have. But it's noticeably thinner than mine and appears to have a very smaller raised, bead-like part of the wing. It's San Marino tooled, incredibly floppy and gummy, and has a stamp on it that reads "in flight" written in a circle with a cartoon sun in the middle, throwing a disc. If anyone has any kind of info on how old it may be, we are super curious! Thanks guys.
if it is super floppy it is more likely an omega than an aviar... same disc, different plastic.
