Disc Golf Center in Florida is fast; good info, good prices and free shipping at $30+. The only other online place I buy discs is Innova Factory Store.

Scorebook is still wonky; two new rounds entered today are rated much lower than other recent rounds with the same scores.

I ordered a couple of Pro Leopards from the Factory Store last year (in white) that are marked P-L on the bottom. They are definitely Star plastic, and I believe their only flaw was that they were hand-labeled as Pro (I would love to get some more of those at that price). Mystery solved.

I've met Ken, and played a bunch of his courses. That explains why Johnny has several sponsored holes on Ken's designs in north central Ohio. Neither Ken nor Johnny are listed as designers of Scioto Grove DGC, though. DGCR shows Phillip R Andrick and Ben Shyrigh as the designers.

OK, so that might explain why all of the courses Johnny designs have fairways ending in eights, but I don't think he had anything to do with the new course in south Columbus. Chuck, have you seen this anywhere else, other than JS designs? It seems kind of odd to me.

I just played a new course where every fairway distance ended with the number eight. The tee signs were by HouckDesign, although the course design was not. I have run into this weird phenomenon before, at Johnny Sias designed courses. What is the significance of having fairways ending in eight?

I loved this course, but it seems to me that the mowing/trimming issues are more important than tees right now. Somebody does some mowing in the park...have you talked to anyone local about getting 1, 11,12 & 13 mowed on a regular basis? Keep up the good work; this will be a great course when...
