I fall in love with a few mold/plastic/run combinations and stock up.
I have a lifetime supply of:
CE Teebirds
PFN Star Pre-Kenny Wraiths
Pharaohs
PFN Star Sidewinders
PFN Star Firebirds
Omega SS run 1.25 or earlier
I had a lifetime supply of first run Z Nukes. Moved on and sold most of...
This site is pretty good with pics, has prices as well:

But yeah, post your Firebirds for an answer.

You are looking for a rubber blend Zone. I have one and it doesn't fly like other Zones; very straight compared to Z line, ESP. or even Jawbreaker. Very little ground play/skips.
Unfortunately, they are limited release. I see a couple on ebay but they aren't cheap.

For discs that I'm concerned about the profile, if I can't make it to a store I'll check out Disc Golf Center - when you click on the picture of the disc, it shows the disc profile

Yes. What some people call "fresh cut grass" I have it tagged as "leaf pattern." Next time I update the charts I'll include that name.

That's what I have tagged as mini...
I've bought a few discs from chain smokers that reeked of cigarette smoke. Putting them in a freezer zip lock bag with baking soda worked. I think the smell was mostly gone after six months. They were collector discs that I probably wasn't going to throw so I kept them in there for 2 years...
Let's see 'em!
Most of my true collector discs were originally stashed intended to be back-ups of what I throw - CE Teebirds, PFN Star Firebirds, Wraiths, and Sidewinders.
I definitely have a few of each.

Aside from getting a practice basket and/or doing the 15/20/25/30 foot practice drills as DiscFifty suggests, have you tried different putters? I can't putt with a low profile, low glide disc for the life of me (Pure, Rhyno). I am 100% better when I use a Omega/Aviar that has a little glide...
Sounds like a fun collection, I'm sure you'd get some interest if you posted here. There are a few knowledgeable people on this board that know about 70s freestyle/frisbees, but not many. As swhite said, you may get someone to chime in on the What is this Disc Worth? thread, especially if you...
Thank you for this. I never really cared enough to figure out how to change my toe pivot, but this was too simple not to try. It did the trick.

I've found Splatter to be a touch more grippy than some iterations of Star plastic. Also agree with the others above; not sure if it is less about the plastic itself and more about how the plastic molds up, but in my experience splatter plastic has indicated the disc is more OS than regular...
