    Quads- are they worth it?

If you disc golf and you carry a larger bag, you got to have a pair of Quads. Comfort is crucial on the course.

[Innova] Where to get a Champion Cobra???

Does anyone know where I can get another Innova Champion Cobra??? I lost mine in a creek at the Hornest Nest in Charlotte, NC this past weekend. I don't believe they make it in Champion plastic anymore, so any insight on where to get a replacement would be much appreciated.

Phenix Quad Shocks vs. Innova Backpack Strap

Tis true from what I hear in the DG community. Supposedly the stitching has been reinforced. My buddy has the phenix quad shocks. I think there is a little more patting where the straps rest on the center of your upper back just below your neck. Other than that everything seems to be...

    Understable Discs

My friends can get more anny out of a Roadrunner, but the Sidewinder is a close second. For anhyzer shots I would go 1) Roadrunner, 2) Monarch, 3) Sidewinder, and 4) Valkyrie. You can't really go wrong with any of these. Check out the disc charts on Innova's website. They depict the flight...

    Playing every day

He can't be married. If so you've got a very understanding wife. If not a very understanding girlfriend. Either way they're both keepers. If neither is true then there might be your problem.:)

    [Discraft] Buzzz-What plastic?

I own two Buzzz discs one in elite-Z and the other is FLX. I enjoy them both. The Z plastic is a little more stable and very durable. But there is something about the way the FLX feels in my hand. If I were only going to get one I would probably go with the FLX plastic, but I would strongly...

    The Gorilla Boy Kong bag???

Does anyone have a Gorilla Boy Kong bag. If so please tell me what you think of it. I'm in the market to purchase a new bag and I'm torn between settling for the Innova Competition bag or dishing out the extra cash for a GB Kong bag. Is the Kong bag really worth an extra $60???

Do you carry a "throw away " disc?

I always carry a few cheapies as back up. These are usually DX plastic discs. Might have to look into getting some factory seconds.

How many discs do you own???

30+ maybe 40 and counting. I've lost a few here and there (mainly to water hazards). My wife gets on to me everytime I make a purchase, questioning my need for another. I understand where she's coming from, but I just flat out enjoy discs. I've been known to give some away here in there...

    Driving tips and techniques

Are you accurate and precise when you throw the 200' drives? If so, I wouldn't sweat it read the DGR articles and keep practicing. And by all means practice in an open field whenever and for however long you can. Practice makes perfect and will certainly add distance to a short game. The...

    Tell the truth...

I agree that it is not necessary to carry a large number of disc with you, but if you have the bag and have the stamina, the variety is nice to have.

    Winter clothes = Less distances?

I feel for you Northern Folk. I can hardly bear the cold of an NC winter. I was raised in the South may blood is too thin. Southern DG is the way to go this time of year.
