Lake Havasu to Las Vegas

I am going to be driving from Lake Havasu to Las Vegas on 8/8. I was planning on leaving on Sunday but the only flight was at 8 am, not going to happen after a bachelor party. The next available flight isn't until Monday night, so I am going to have the entire day to get to the airport. I looking at playing a couple 9 holes that day since it is going to be really hot. I was thinking taking the 93 to Kingsman and hitting up Firefighters Memorial park. Is it worth the detour to play Haulapai Mtn? Will it be fun to play by myself or is a spotter needed? Once in Vegas, I was thinking Red Ridge is my best option for a mid day round. I would appreciate any advice or thoughts.
