OWWW! My shoulder hurts!

I am trying this in front of the mirror and it just feels right. I was holding the left arm low and and out almost like how you would hold your arms if you were about to draw in an old west shoot-out. Now I am going to try tucking it in there and up a little, kinda like t-rex.

My hand down by my hip/waist area. I keep it pretty loose, but not so loose that it swings around.

Anyone who's against multiple threads care to chime in to keep me from starting a new, duplicate thread? I feel like people are responding to things that aren't the main topic of the thread, and are completely useless to me
