Who knows how long the guy had your disc. Was it long? I'm looking at this from all sides. That guy could have found it, called but you didn't answer and now it's his favorite disc. Meanwhile you didn't try hard enough to find it, and once you leave the course, you have given up on finding that disc and abandoned it. public park, a fifteen dollar piece of plastic that is probably already replaced. There's no reason to take it from him if it wasn't stolen from your bag or from the hole you are playing. I have found a few discs. No names but I didn't use that mold so people I join rounds with will tell me they like that disc or their friend throws those, then I'll let them have it because I'm notgonna use it. i've boughtdiscs with ink from local homeless just to get them back to the owner, and I just ask that they pay what I had to pay the transient. If the guy looked down on his luck, and you took his disc away from him, that sounds kinda messed up, regardless that it use to be yours. But I don't know your whole story.
