Plastic Circle 1 or Bullseye Markers

What are the little circle 1/bullseye markers being used on courses now and where do you get them? They look like a fistful of zip ties sticking up out of the ground.
I've noticed them on coverage for all the recent dgpt tournaments.
My google fu is failing me in finding anything. Any help is appreciated.
