Tim, at this point you should keep a standing prepay order open, and when you've got enough to pull the trigger on the order, they get the tags.
Seems like every time someone bumps one of the old tag threads a mob comes out of the woodwork and wants to jump on the bandwagon.

I wouldn't mind paying now and waiting.
