I didn't notice it in the video but in the gif you can really see how the wrist whips the bag around with the byproduct of spin.

"execute from the edge of a pond" back in my ball golf tournament days, I actually watched a guy throw his bag in the pond. Wish I had this technique to share with him. He went back in the pond to pull his bag out. We had already nicknamed him "Crash".

That photo of Ken Griffey jr. I watched him several times at the stadium, including batting practice. All of his power came from the legs and you could see the weight transfer, his swing was so smooth and seemed to be effortless. Sometimes on the practice field that image of him will pop in my mind.
