6/5: Good. Fairways mostly mowed, or mowed enough. Mostly dry, couple places damp but not squishy. Off-fairway bad for losing discs. Would give a 5, but being a new re-design, little harder to follow right now if you don't know the course.
Varied terrain on community college campus. Long, with elevation, water, and par 4's.
