From Pinedale: Take US-191 to Fremont Lake Rd. on the east side of town. Follow Fremont Lake Rd. for 3 miles to a left on Forest Service Rd. In .7 miles turn right into the lodge. As you face the lodge, hole #1 is just to the right, kind of near the lake.
