Fun Course 2+ years

Pros:

Good mix of distances.
Available elevation is taken advantage of.
Most holes are reachable with a well placed shot.

Cons:

Heavy woods which require ongoing maintenance to keep fairways playable on several holes.
Potential conflict with soccer field and ropes course.

Other Thoughts:

Played this in moderate rain and still quite enjoyed it.
