Pros:
Yes it is just a three-hole practice course, but any course is better than none!
The three baskets are distributed pretty good. The holes can be made as long or as short as you really want, depending on where you choose to tee off from.

There are only three baskets. This isn't major though, it is just a practice course after all.
Other Thoughts:
For a little practice course it's good for playing if you find yourself there for baseball or a bbq or something, but it's not worth going out of your way for, obviously.
I hear there are plans with the city to expand it to a 9-hole, but they keep pushing the budget off to the next year. Maybe eventually.
For now you can hit the holes from different angles and mess around.
