Pros:
The baskets are nice.
Cons:
It's not a course it's 9 baskets placed randomly in a field too that's too small to have 9 disc golf holes.
No tees.
No tee signs.
There isn't any place to park that's nearby. If you don't live in the neighborhood you'd never go there anyway.
