Pros:
Good use of the land and elevation back there. There's a decent mix of shots needed. Really makes you hit your finesse drives and putts.
Cons:
No pads, barely any signage. Pretty overgrown, could use a couple trees taken out (like the giant one right in front of the pad on the black tees for #5, what the hell?). Some holes are unreasonably luck-based instead of skill-based.
Other Thoughts:
Decent little romp through the woods. If you played it enough and learned the lines it would probably be more fun.

Pros:
Great setting, with the creek and cross country trails, undulation in fairways, etc.
I played with my son and the two sets of tees made it competitive.

Cons:
Too many trees! At times I really felt like the course layout wasn't fair. I might get better playing more rounds, but my first time through was frustrating. It really seemed like they weren't allowed to do as much clearing as needed.
Gravel or cement tee boxes would be great.
