Pros:
This course has a solid 9 hole layout requiring a variety of shots off the tee pads. There are flags designating 3 sets of tee pads. If permanent tee pads are ever installed I could rate this course a low level 3.
The baskets and chain kits are solid. Plays quickly easy to follow.
Cons:
Lack of tee pads, until pads are installed this course will be a sketchy place to place on days when the course is wet or covered in dew. Hole #6 fairway still needs to be cleaned up.
Other Thoughts:
Good use of the limited land this small park affords. At this time lack of permanent tee pads is the biggest issue facing this course. This type of course is not a destination course but, it is a great asset for those within 30 miles to have another course option. Lastly, there was a homeless living in his car at the time my group played. Hopefully, he gets his life on track and finds a more humane residence soon.
