Pros:
+Nice baskets
+A bit of elevation. Hole 3 went up the hill and 7 went down the hill. Holes 4,5,6 had a bit of up and down but more flat.
+Potentially some water involved on 2 and 3. You probably won't throw it in the drink but you never know. It adds to the appeal of the park and course.
+Shouldn't lose a disc here.
+Mailbox for scorecards (see cons as well)
+Tees are all clearly marked.
+Overall nice park area. Camping available. Bathrooms, playground, benches, a few tables. Bike path.
+Nothing too short but still some ace chances. Overall the hole distance was average. Not super long or super short.
Cons:
-No real parking, I made a loop around the park then just pulled into the grass near tee 1.
-No scorecards in the scorecard mailbox
-No tees
-Signage pretty minimal.
-Not too many trees to toss around. Overall pretty open. Could be quite windy here in SW MN.
-Holes 1 and 2 play too close to other park activities.
Other Thoughts:
+First review is a homer review. If this place ever gets more reviews, it will settle in between 2 and 2.5.
+Overall nice place. Wouldn't go out of your way to play here as it is pretty far from anything big. Worth a shot if you happen to be in the area.
+Fun factor is ok. The course was pretty vanilla.
+Best holes: 3,6,7.
+3 is uphill with some trees in between. The combo makes it hard to reach in one toss. You have to throw under a somewhat low ceiling.
+6 is along a row of backyards that should play as OB. The basket is surrounded by big pines that would hinder a 2nd shot if you go in there.
+7 is downhill and requires a right fading shot to reach the basket in one.
+Worst hole: 9. It is just an awkward line and not too fun. I got lucky and punched through the tree line early but still didn't have a great 2nd shot.
+In conclusion: a fine park/campground style course fitting for this little town. It was well made based on the available land and resources.
