Pros:
- Great looking baskets
- Minor elevation changes on every hole
- Can be played in under 30 minutes
- Like most Utah courses, great scenery
- Most likely will have the course to yourself
- Practice basket
Cons:
- No real obstacles, very open course
- Tee signs have been vandalized which is weird for such a nice neighborhood
- Long grass on holes 4 through 9
- Potential to lose discs in neighbors yards
- Most fairways are also walking paths for locals
- Most tee pads are natural
- Not much challenge
- Strange course flow and starting area
- Wasted/unused space for better holes
Other Thoughts:
Not sure why they start the course up the hill past the practice basket with the tee pad practically in a neighbor's back yard. Easily could have fit another hole using the practice basket as hole 1 and a tee pad closer to the road where you park. Why make me walk 400 feet up a hill to start the course, very weird. Also there is lots of space on this side of the street for more holes or a longer hole, strange.
After hole 3 is where you cross the road and play into the four foot tall grass with baskets on the edge of the park property. Not a well thought out course on a less than ideal piece of land makes for a stinker. Course baggers and super locals only.
