+Good mix of distances, elevation changes, and playing around/through some well-spaced trees as well as more densely wooded areas. Never feels repetitive. +A few unique and memorable holes, especially the downhill bomb across the creek with woods blocking the right side approach. +Signs help aid in navigation. +Park seems nicely maintained.

-Baskets are low quality and showing some age. They work but barely. Also the gap from the top assembly to the cage is smaller than typical... not sure if it's a non-PDGA-spec design or put together improperly. -Mostly natural tees are fine but not great.

This course is fun and I could see myself coming back to play it if I lived in the area. I have played a lot of the nearby 9 holers, and this place offers the best variety by a healthy margin. If you are passing through and you only have time for one course, DO THIS ONE! The equipment is not stellar, but the property and design make it worthwhile. There is a little creek that you cross a few times, and there's a little bridge across. BUT, when we played, the bridge had been turned sideways and was sitting at the bottom of the creek. We did not have any wagon caulk so we forded the river. However, I am giving the benefit of the doubt that the bridge will be returned to it's proper location. Otherwise this is a huge Con, as the walk around the creek would really ruin the flow of several holes.
