Decent course, nothing special drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jul 12, 2022 Played the course:once

Pros:

-Can practice a few types of throws here
-Very green with some shade on half the course
-Holes 1-3 were quite fun, to be honest

Cons:

-No tee pads or signs/markings for the holes.
-A couple of baskets butt up against the road
-The layout is not exactly intuitive, the next tee pad is sometimes a bit of a hike away from the last basket.

Other Thoughts:

-Weird hours since this is on a high school property
-As you can see in the picture, most of the tee pads are just markings on the sidewalk. Many of them have worn away though.
-Overall it's an okay course if you happen to be in this part of Fort Collins, otherwise I'd rather play just about any other course.

Great Variety 9 hole course! 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:May 19, 2019 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Nice mix of long and short holes. The first 4 holes are quite long and challenging, mostly open. The second half of the course is shorter and more challenging with tighter lines and OB. Great use of space, great course for beginners and high level play as well. Lots of risk and reward. The baskets are brand new and quite nice, and every hole has a designated teepad.

Cons:

This course is very new, and does not yet have tee signs, and probably won't for a while. The teepads aren't marked with numbers or distances, but are painted where applicable. Most of the teepads are just sidewalks with paint. Reference the course map if you have troubles! This course is on school property, like many of the courses in town, and thus is only available outside of school hours.

Other Thoughts:

This course is simple, and yet quite fun and challenging. Brand new course that just popped up in town around the beginning of 2019. Its nice to see another smaller well thought out course in the Fort Collins area. I come here a lot because it is never busy at all (for now), I feel comfortable having my dogs off leash, there are never any pedestrians to worry about, and its just a nice course with a great mix of long and short holes that can be played twice quite easily for a fun couple rounds. There are some opportunities for some additional safari holes which is pretty great (refer to map). We play all concrete and sidewalks as OB when it seems obvious. Be respectful and don't throw over the parking lot if there are cars, obviously. But definitely check it out, its worth a visit!
