Something Different 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Mar 18, 2017 Played the course:once

Pros:

If you are looking to try Disc golf as its raw, basic, undeveloped form... then this is the course for you.
Course is well laid out and easy to follow, just follow the yellow paint on the trees.

Cons:

Access is not easy. Course is located on the other side of a 2m wide stream, to which there is no bridge, just 2 sections where logs have been placed in the water to form a crossing.

No tee pads or baskets, the course is 100% natural.

Other Thoughts:

REMEMBER all water is OB.

Hole 1: Easy one to start. Tee off from the path, with a deep ravine to your back. Target is out of sight behind the holly bush on your RHS.

Hole 2: Virtually straight hole, Mando to right of nobbly tree.

Hole 3: Straight hole, but beware of hidden stream guarding target.

Hole 4: Easy hole, good birdie chance here. Target is easily viewable from tee.

Hole 5: Hardest hole on the course. 2 streams run parrallel, with OB in and across both. A very difficult hole to get right

Hole 6: A straight ish hole, but quite long. Downhill tee, making stance difficult

Hole 7: Long, wide, straight. Easy hole

Hole 8: Dogleg Left, Mando Left of tree marked with big 8, open grass area very prone to becoming a bog

Hole 9: Only par 4 on the course. Mando Left of big tree straight in front. Easy chance at a birdie is accurate from the tee
