Pros:
- Tee signs show layout, location of basket and direction to the next tee
- Baskets are nicely kept and look newly painted
- Grass is well mowed
- Convenient to base lodging or base housing
- Plenty of tree obstacles to challenge

Cons:
- Hole 1 is not easy to find the first time since it's across the street, somewhat hidden by small trees, and marked only by a small tee sign.
- Hole 1 has several rows of small to medium trees running up the middle of the fairway and blocking the view of the basket. Without the tee sign, one would not know where to find the basket.

Other Thoughts:
This is a nice, fast, short course on flat ground with plenty of tree obstacles to challenge a player. Definitely worth playing if you're on base and want a quick game.
