Other Thoughts:
This course has a great view of the city of Sioux City since your on top of the hill and one of the higher places in the city. Along with the view is a nice scenery of two towers that the course goes around with artistic drawings and graffiti that is not offensive at all and ends with a view of the bandshell on the final two holes to wrap-up a round of frisbee golf. This is one of the better scenery courses I have been on since there is more too see then just a park.
However, if your looking for an competitive course to play with friends this course is not that because unless you get an Ace both players will usually tie the hole since there is not many places to mess up. This is more of a warm-up or beginner's/introduction course for new frolfers. But that doesn't mean its not fun or challenging for seasoned players. On a few holes there are trees to make it a little difficult but still attainable in getting those aces and there is a slight elevation but with the longest hole being 175' it really doesn't effect a player too much.
