Pros:
-Wide open fairways, Great for a beginner.
-Fairly easy to navigate
-Not very busy
-Friendly locals
-New course in great condition

Cons:
-A couple of fairways overlap, but kind of necessary with the limited space.
-Rough on a windy day!
-No marked tees (yet - they are coming soon, I think)

Other Thoughts:
A great use of the space at the park which is not very busy and fairly open. Pick your day carefully as a couple of the holes can play directly into the wind (which can be strong a gusty) making for some wayward shots. On the upside the lack of surrounding busy or under growth makes findin gthose wayward discs an easy task.
