Great concrete teepads
Benches on almost every hole
Teesigns on every hole
Multiple concrete teepads
Very clean park with dedicated large Iron Spike artwork
More elevation changes than expected

Cons:
Baskets are not great considering as much time that has been spent on this course.
Teesigns are no more than collectors of bird poop, no design or anything.
No holes were outstanding, but the three sets of teepads makes each hole play differently.

Other Thoughts:
This is a really great course, but I don't think it's at a 4 rating. Better baskets and better tee signage would definitely make it a 4 even with it being only 9 holes.
