Somewhere in between 2+ years drive by

Pros:

-If you like to explore, it's fun.
-A variety of shots
-Great potential
-A few Ts have actual pads and signs

Cons:

-Still under construction
-Many T pads are homemade with tree limbs.
-A lot of down trees in the "fairways" (holes 1-12)

Other Thoughts:

I wouldn't drive great distances for this course. If you live nearby, it's worth exploring. I played the first 9 without foliage. I think it would be extremely difficult to find some of the Ts and holes when leaves are on the trees. I never found hole 2's T and I searched pretty extensively.
