Great beginner & morale boosting course! 2+ years drive by

Pros:

1. Short, easily played with a small group in <45 min
2. Not very busy
3. No water hazards, flat

Cons:

1. Pedestrian sidewalk traffic
2. Holes are short so no need for long distance drives
3. Bathroom facilities are dirty

Other Thoughts:

Great course for obtaining scores below par. Wish there were 9 more baskets!
