Nearly impossible to navigate

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 18, 2023 Played the course:once

Pros:

Tons of potential here. Lots of good elevation and tons of trees makes for some really interesting downhill/tightly wooded shots that are a blast.

Cons:

Impossible almost to navigate. No navigational infrastructure AT ALL and no internet access either so no Udisc help. It's not obvious and on top of that the layout flows weirdly making things even more difficult. Baskets have no numbers on them or the wrong numbers, very frustrating!

Other Thoughts:

The holes that I found were good and fun. I feel bad giving this lower than a 3 because I see 3.5+ in the course with a little TLC and a small amount of work but if you can't find the course to play it I had to knock it down a bit.

Picturesque and Cool summer course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 9, 2014 Played the course:once

Pros:

Scenery
Variety of shots
Follows the snowshoe trail at first
Look for white printed signs attached to logs of trees indicating when you have found the 'pad'

Cons:

Very natural and primitive

Other Thoughts:

Hole 1 - plays down the path and then doglegs hard to the left into a clearing.
Hole 2 - keep down the path, plays blind around a copse of trees and into a thicket
Hole 3 - long, blind shot past a stand of Aspens
Hole 4 - starts back the way you came, but higher up the mountain. Plays parallel to the mountain's contour through a gap in the evergreens
Hole 5 - start hiking straight up the mountain, tee is on your left, hole is up above the first rise
Hole 6 - long bomb downhill
Hole 7 - plays back uphill along the path, dogleg to the right
Hole 8 - walk downhill slightly to get to the tee and then throw further uphill. Shortest hole
Hole 9 - walk further into the clearing at the top of the hill, another (shorter) bomb down to where you parked and began
