Best course I've played 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 7, 2017 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Great variety of open/wooded holes.
Innova discatcher baskets.
Friendly locals.
Multiple tee/pin placements for all skill levels.
Generally very well maintained.

Cons:

My putter was claimed by the pond on hole 11.
That's really my only problem with the course.

Other Thoughts:

Really is the best course I've ever played. Worth the drive from wherever you are to check it out. Whether your a pro or just a weekend golfer. You will enjoy yourself.

Wonderful course on Seminole tribal land 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:May 27, 2017 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

This course has a great layout that's going to break out the majority of what's in your bag. Has three tee positions for nearly every hole and different mandos for each tee. Has some lovely death putts also. Shane the designer came and talked with us while we were playing, he is a great guy and was very appreciative of us playing. Especially because I had three Seminole tribal members playing with me! He has put together a wonderful course to go play and maintains it incredibly well.

Cons:

The rough is extreme if you get off the fairway and lots of poison ivy. Thats really the only con I could come up with honestly.

Other Thoughts:

After our conversation with Shane we were very excited by the additions to this course he is planning. I cannot wait to play the upcoming tournaments here. Maybe make one of the holes shoot across the pond for some extra fun.

Great course, great people 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jul 24, 2015 Played the course:once

Pros:

Great course tucked back in Seminole. It's far away from the busyness of traffic and construction and is a great place to relax while playing. It is very well-kept and, as a matter of fact, I ran into the course designer himself today and he helped me orient my way around. But he was out there himself mowing the course. The course had a great combination of long and short holes.

Cons:

Hole #11 (aka The Windmill Hole) was pretty tough to see the basket from anywhere above, despite being on an elevated area. It could use just a tad more trimming of the overgrowth. The only other thing that was a concern for me was that the tee boxes weren't always clear on where they were or where the hole was. But with a little bit of redecoration, that could be an easy fix.

Other Thoughts:

Such a fun course. I recommend taking the short drive from the city out to it and if you happen to meet Shane, shake his hand and thank him for the hard work the guy puts in.

great for pro or ams 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Mar 2, 2015 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Three tee pads make it great for beginners to pros. About half open half wooded well balanced. Forehand and backhand shots as well you have to use your whole bag. Well spread out with nice little walks between holes makes for no wait time on box. You do not get stiff or cold waiting. easy to follow signs

Cons:

Not enough people know about the course. Need more players to play it since its new.

Other Thoughts:

play it you will love it worth the drive from town. Then spread the work.
