Pros:
- It was extremely easy to navigate. The holes have a nice flow.
- The baskets are in good shape.
- This course has a practice basket just before the first hole which can be nice for putting practice.
- There was no one else playing the day before the 4th of July, so traffic overall is likely low.
- The holes have a bit of challenge to them due to the tree lines.
- Lawn is well maintained so losing discs isn't likely.
- 12 holes makes it one of the longer courses in the surrounding area.
Cons:
- Some of the tees have her to be placed down. All of the holes had a pole representing the tee, but some had a small brick "edge" of the tee.
- Hole 8 was fun, but it was the only tricky hole to navigate. The tee is straight after the previous hole, but the basket is to the right and out of sight. There is no signage to indicate where you need to go.
- There is no big board map or small maps to take. The course is relatively easy to navigate so this wasn't a big deal.
- There was only one bench that we noticed on the actual course itself.
Other Thoughts:
I really enjoyed this course. It wasn't the most challenging but offered a variety of shots in a lightly wooded park. Navigating the course was generally straightforward and I would definitely play it again.
