Thick grasses and forest to the left of the rocks will eat your disc. Better to just aim for the wood piles.

The basket is straight ahead to the right of the rocky outcropping, if you can lay it up behind the rocks it's an easy par.

Do not try to throw left of the first tree and cut through the woods, just play to the right.
