Pros:
Pretty, well-maintained retirement-village grounds. Next tee arrows on bottom of basket.
Cons:
Grass tees. Single basket position/single-chain basket. Short: 116'-217', average 165'.
Other Thoughts:
Tee #8 is closest to the parking lot, so unless you feel the need to start at tee #1, just start with #8. Course plays in a counter-clockwise direction. A tree or two provide a challenge on a couple of holes.
