Pros:
Plenty of opportunities to test your distance and the ridges and troughs that are part of the Middle School's landscape make some interesting terrain in certain parts. The surrounding bare terrain often makes it windy, so its a good chance to work on your wind game without any punishing rough or hazards.
Permanent baskets in decent shape are always a plus.
Cons:
This is really 9 baskets stuck onto the Middle School's property. After looking around quite a bit, we found none of the following
-map (including online)
-signage of any kind
-teepads of any kind
So really, if you want to play out here, you're probably going to be making up your own course playing "from this basket to that basket" or whatever. The fence behind the baseball field and the soccer goal can act as obstacles to make shots more interesting (along with the slight elevation changes mentioned earlier) but you're definitely going to have to make it up on your own.
There is exactly one tree anywhere near a basket and it's a sapling, so few finesse shots required. That could really be a pro or a con...
Other Thoughts:
My brother and I made some fun island hole and island teepad OB rules which put some spice into the game, especially with the crazy winds we were dealing with.
