- Great baskets, didn't even know that they were homemade at first.
- Good, well sized teepads.

- FULL of poison ivy.
- Way to many trees in the fairways. Rather than being beautifully and strategically placed in the fairway, it seems like the designer just cleared out the underbrush and didn't cut out any trees. On one of the holes we actually drove to the wrong hole because of such a lack of a fairway. On several of the holes it felt just like you had to throw and hope it didn't hit a tree rather than choosing a line and trying to make a good throw.
- Lack of signage made it difficult to know where to play for the first time on the course.
- Very unbalanced risk / reward. It felt like this course was all risk with no chance for reward, no matter how you played it.

With some maintenance and thoughtful tree removal, this could be a decent nine hole course. However, as it is now, this course is very problematic and not a terribly fun course to play. If you're in Upper Sandusky I would recommend that you play the reservoir course instead.
